Q: What is the return policy?
A: All merchandise orders are final sale, with no returns or exchanges offered, unless the mistake on the order was made by us. For any order questions please contact us at (orders.sarahntuned@gmail.com) with order number and name on order.
If there was a mistake on our part on one of you items, please reach out to us to discuss how to go about fixing your order. There must be proof provided before we can offer a solution. Customer has 24 hours after recieving their order to report a mistake. After those 24 hours, we are no longer responsible.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on ow and where to send your package. Item must be sent back and inspected before we can provide an exchange/refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
